Campaign Managers and other creative consultants to develop and deliver innovative services to clients. You will also be expected to provide web, digital and print design services to support ResourceiT marketing activities as the company considerably accelerates and develops its own marketing strategy and campaigns.

Desired skills
  • Degree in Graphic Design or 2-4 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficient in HTML.
  • Creatively minded? You will be someone that can ask questions and listen carefully to answers and come up with ideas and insights for marketing projects that meet client’s needs.
  • Able to think on your feet and have the confidence to make bold recommendations and decisions about what may be necessary to ensure results are delivered and wherever possible exceeded (sometimes we need to change direction and be confident in how that is positioned to clients to ensure success).
  • Organised and multi-tasking; You will spin many plates and will need to easily switch from client to client and project to project quickly and seamlessly, always with an eye on the detail but with the capacity to focus on the strategic goals.
  • Capable of planning a strategy in relation to client needs.

Here’s an idea of the responsibilities we would like you to own

  • Creation of a variety of impactful online and offline content pieces for our clients - from whitepapers to infographics, from interactive presentations to online banners.
  • Work closely with Account Directors and Account Managers to design and deliver innovative marketing solutions for clients.
  • Creation of digital assets including HTML emails & landing pages.
  • Produce and prepare visual content, including photography, for client websites, emails, campaigns, and collateral.
  • Study client’s brand guidelines and ensure deliverables meet the requirements according to their standards and tone of voice.
  • Liaise professionally and efficiently with creative team members and clients.
  • For specific projects you will provide email design and build – including standard templates for e-marketing platform.
  • Be an advocate on social media for our key clients and ResourceiT, demonstrate regular engagement on LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
  • Maintain up to date CRM & project records for clients and maintain up to date Monday.com time recording records for clients.
