What were the clients goals?
1.

Educate F5 partners, after the recent acquisition of NGINX (an open-source leader in application delivery), on the NGINX offering.

2.

Enable existing F5 partners to uncover new customer opportunities utilising the new, joint, value proposition of F5 Networks and NGINX.

What did ResourceiT do?

“We needed a fast, experienced technology channel marketing agency, that could provide us with consultancy to help with the new joint value proposition, partner-centric content and recommendations for an effective launch.  ResourceiT immediately stepped up and we were impressed from the start with how quickly they understood” Aine Long, Senior Regional Marketing Manager, NGINX EMEA.

The value proposition was powerful but complex, but the highly skilled copywriting team nailed it in the first draft.

“We couldn’t believe how quickly ResourceiT understood our message, and the ideas and creativity for what should go into the partner toolkit meant we signed it off straight away.  This was such a breath of fresh air for us, compared to other agencies we’d worked with, who either didn’t understand out message, the channel, or were simply too slow and more expensive” continues Long.

Within 3 months the complete toolkit including value proposition messaging, iPDF, Infographic, Digital Posts, Email Series and Sales Guide, was launched.  ResourceiT also added a ‘How to Guide’ to help partners’ understand when and how best to use the content to accelerate their opportunity.  An extra touch were the additions of an internal and external webinar, which were well received.

About F5 Networks

F5 Networks are an American technology giant, whom in 2019 acquired NGINX, an open-source leader in application delivery. The two organisations merge to present a unique partner revenue opportunity, bridging the gap between NetOps and DevOps.

What happened next?

F5 has a very large, very rich partner portal – that includes a myriad of content of all types. The F5 NGINX partner content produced by ResourceiT is the most popular content on the portal, with over 70% of traffic downloading the toolkit. Even a year later we are still seeing so much proactive engagement and a very healthy multi-million $ pipeline as a result. Since then, ResourceiT has delivered multiple projects for us and are now embedded within our business. I would thoroughly recommend this powerful, smart agency to any technology business looking for the best.

Hey there, couldn’t help noticing you’re using Internet Explorer

That’s great and all, and we commend you for pushing through with it. Unfortunately we no longer offer support for IE; it hasn’t received a major update since 2015 and Microsoft are dropping support for it later in the year.

If you’re using Windows 10 and want to stick with a built in browser, please consider switching to Edge. Or, if you really want to enjoy the internet properly we strongly recommend downloading Google Chrome here.
